Holding a world record for 48 hours of non-stop wealth management training and a national record for preparing 167 financial plans in under five hours, Dr. Prasanth is known for his innovation, strategic foresight, and dedication to learner success. Under his leadership, the CPFP program integrates technical rigor with real-world application, making it a benchmark certification in India’s BFSI sector.

Mr. Atul Sarma is a seasoned academician and curriculum strategist with a strong background in financial education and pedagogy. As Director – Academics for the CPFP Program, he leads curriculum development, academic design, and industry-aligned content creation, ensuring global relevance and practical applicability. With professional experience at Naukri.com and credentials like Licentiate in Insurance, Mr. Sarma combines academic insight with corporate pragmatism. Mrs. Usha R Poornima is a distinguished corporate trainer and leadership coach with over a decade of experience in behavioral training and professional development. As Director – Training for the CPFP Program, she designs and delivers high-impact modules focused on communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and decision-making, equipping learners with essential soft skills for success in finance and beyond.
With credentials including Master Trainer, NLP Practitioner, and Executive Coach, Mrs. Usha’s experiential, learner-centric approach ensures holistic growth. Recognized with awards such as “Best Motivational Speaker & Trainer,” she brings passion and precision to every session, enhancing the personal and professional confidence of CPFP participants.
Director – Operations & Accounts
Mrs. Shabira S is an operations and finance professional with expertise in administration, billing, and process optimization. As Director – Operations & Accounts for the CPFP Program, she ensures efficient internal systems, financial integrity, and streamlined operational workflows that support the seamless delivery of academic and training initiatives.
With an MBA in HR and Marketing and experience from Vestige Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and KG Bazar, she combines analytical proficiency with interpersonal effectiveness. Her knowledge of tools like Tally, ERP, and MS Office, along with her multilingual communication skills, contribute to the CPFP Program’s operational excellence.

Mr. V Anilkumar brings over 25 years of international experience in logistics, operations, and institutional leadership. With a background in Economics, he has led educational institutions to success, notably serving as Managing Director of a premier coaching center catering to 5,000+ students annually, achieving consistent excellence in NEET, JEE, and other competitive exams.
His expertise spans academic planning, performance enhancement, and cross-cultural management. A former JCI member and active Lions Club International contributor, Mr. Anilkumar blends strategic thinking with a passion for community service, offering valuable insights to the CPFP Program’s advisory framework.

Ms. Varsha is an accomplished legal professional specializing in financial law, regulatory compliance, and education policy. As Legal Advisor for the CPFP Program, she ensures that the program adheres to the legal frameworks of SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI, while promoting ethical and compliant practices among future financial professionals.
With a strong academic foundation in law and experience in drafting financial agreements and regulatory consulting, Ms. Varsha’s pragmatic teaching and real-world case-based approach simplify complex legal concepts, making legal literacy an integral part of the CPFP curriculum.
