Overview:
This module covers a 360° view of India’s financial ecosystem—its structure, key players (Banks, NBFCs, Insurers, Cooperatives) and major market segments (Banking, Wealth Management, Stock Advisory and Capital Markets). It examines the roles of RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and PFRDA and the legal frameworks that ensure ethical, compliant operations. You’ll also understand investor-protection mechanisms and anti-money-laundering measures that form the backbone of sound risk management.

02. Foundations of Personal Finance
Overview:
This module covers core personal finance tools — financial planning basics, budgeting techniques (Zero-based, Envelope Method, 50/30/20) for smart expense management, and building an emergency fund for life’s surprises. It also guides you through debt-reduction strategies (Snowball and Avalanche Methods) and shows how to use personal financial statements (Cash Flow, Assets, Liabilities, Net Worth) to make informed choices, instill discipline, set clear goals and drive long-term wealth growth.

03. Financial Mathematics
Overview:
This module covers the Time Value of Money—Present Value, Future Value, Annuities, NPV and IRR—to assess investments, loans and mortgage schedules. It introduces rapid-estimate rules (72, 115, 144) for on-the-fly growth and interest
calculations. You’ll sharpen analytical precision to produce accurate projections, optimize financial strategies and design structured, client-aligned plans.

04. Investment Planning & Wealth Management
Overview:
This module covers investment objectives, risk profiling and goal-based planning across key asset classes — Equities, Bonds, Fixed-Income Securities, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, ETFs and Crypto Assets. You’ll evaluate portfolio performance using Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen ratios, and apply Modern Portfolio Theory, CAPM and Behavioral Finance for strategic asset allocation. Finally, you’ll master rebalancing techniques to maintain optimal risk-return profiles and craft bespoke wealth solutions that guide clients toward their long-term financial goals while effectively managing risk.

05. Tax Planning
Overview:

Overview:
This module covers the full retirement-planning process—from accumulation through distribution. You’ll explore and evaluate key retirement vehicles — National Pension System (NPS), Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Public Provident Fund (PPF), Annuities and Pension plans — aligned with clients’ risk tolerance and income needs. Then you’ll apply distribution strategies — post-retirement budgeting, portfolio rebalancing and structured withdrawal plans — to ensure a secure, sustainable lifestyle that doesn’t outlive their savings.

07. Insurance Planning
Overview:
This module covers key insurance planning elements — Life, Health, General and Liability insurance concepts, terminology and regulatory frameworks. You’ll learn to
conduct needs analysis, design income-replacement plans and structure tax-efficient protection strategies. The module also dives into operational essentials — KYC/AML compliance, underwriting, policy documentation and claims
settlement procedures — so you can recommend tailored insurance solutions that mitigate risk and secure financial well-being for individuals, families and businesses.

08. Estate Planning
Overview:
Estate planning ensures the smooth transfer of assets to heirs and beneficiarie.
